Like you said, it is a mess. As a full song it is repetitive and almost bland, but individual melodies and beats you have in there sound really nice. I feel like you could build a cool song around only a segment such as the one starting from 3:08 until 3:47, for example.

    Waterflame responds:

yeah lol deadlines right? >_> my own fault really. well, im happy with it the way it is to be honest, it was just one of those freestyle songs where i have more fun with it than trying to make a full length serious song. call it a jam, if you may >_> thanks!

    So familiar, yet so new

Yeah the beat sounds something like Jumper, but then parts of it sound similar to Race Around the World or even You and Me. But it is still unique and distinct from any of your other songs. So really, it doesn't sound like any particular other waterflame song, it's just waterflame style. It's just that waterflame can make many songs that sound unique and good while working within his style (not to say he never deviates from his usual style).

    Waterflame responds:

Glad its not too similar! :D i guess you could call it a mashup if you want to.. but yeah it certanly has my definitive style. thank you! :D

o_O Oh my god I'm so hyped to hear this!!

Ok I'm gonna listen to it now...

The first RATW was more like the race itself. The intensity of the race and such. This one is more like the victory at the end of the race, and as such is a great sequel. It has a much lighter and higher theme, so it conveys happiness and relief more. Race time is over and the world is happy : ) Great stuff!

PS: That's one of the best intros I've heard to a song like this...comes in strong, but it makes sense

    Waterflame responds:

heh, yeah thats also a way to see it :D and could work just as good. Thank you! im a bit short on words today, but i really apriciate it! :)

    Wow...very interesting

It's slow and dramatic...but very much like your style

The strings are similar to the ones used in your other songs, but slow and smooth instead of frantic. Great build up... makes less of an impact, and more of a constant feeling surging through your veins

    Waterflame responds:

Yeah, i tend to stick to those strings, i love that sound and feeling they give. thank you!

    Realllly fun

High energy and unpredictable and makes you want to dance and just great

I was kind of losing hope after your previous songs (didn't really like them that much), but clearly you haven't lost it.

bleep bloopy video-game like melodies are awesome, great and subtle vocals, and drums are amazing as have been stated already

    Waterflame responds:

No sir havent lost anything! i just hate to stick with one style. i wanna do it all! ^0^
    Thanks!

I agree with the previous reviews

But I just have one criticism:
The buildup in the beginning is great, and then that fall at 1:17 is good too, but I think it's too drawn out. It's pretty much the same thing from 1:17 to 2:10, where it gets even weaker imo. It isn't really building on anything, just plateau'ing at a low point. At 2:30 it picks up again, but I feel like that whole minute could have been used better to contribute to the energy of the song which is high as expected in other parts

    ZeRo-BaSs responds:

Thank you for your feedback :)

I don't know what Noodle is talking about

I think it sounds very much like a Waterflame song

Just instead of it being a "climax", actiony sort of song like Afterburners or Rocketrace, it's like a "success", victory kind of thing

Like this could definitely be the ending credits music of Castle Crashers

I can't really comment on the technical parts of it since I know nothing of making music and will most likely make a fool (heh) of myself, but it's brilliant as always! Although due to its slower nature, I wouldn't really listen to it standalone as much as your other songs

    Waterflame responds:

thanks for the review :D i agree lol, its very me :P

    WHAT FAAAAAAA

    SSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEEEEEENNNNNNDDDDDDDDD DDDDDDAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMM

    Rig responds:

    LLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLL

    Great, as always

Super high energy, interesting composition, masterful in every way

This music reminds me of Rammstein...and your other punk style songs sound like Zwitter, which is a more punk style song they do

In other words, best music I have ever heard

    Evil-Dog responds:

    haha nice :)

    Definitely a general boss theme

If your game is super hardcore this could be used as a general boss theme for sure...especially with the beginning rising up then starting the drums and ROCK, making it feel like a very epic event will take place during the course of the song

but for regular games, this should be reserved for a FINAL BOSS, lest the badass rawkin' sound overshadow the rest of the game

    NemesisTheory responds:

haha, well... I could do a lot better for a final boss track :)
but I guess it works both ways so long as people use it! :D

I'm glad you liked the song! :D
